A continuous 3 metre length, 3 mm (thickness) and 5 cm (depth) of light, strong, soft foam

May come in blue or black, depending on stock.

This Foam Collar & Cuff is a strong, non-stretch sling with padded 5 cm wide, dense foam material, covered with a cotton stockinette. Sufficient Hook Velcro Y-tab fasteners included to secure the position of the hand in the loop and to provide an adjustable and versatile sling system. Designed to immobilise the clavicle, shoulder, elbow and rest the arm, to aid recovery.

Cut strap to desired length
Position strap around neck and under the injured arm
Attach the hook Y-tab to one end of the strap / sling
Affix the other end of the hook Y-tab to the strap / sling to complete the loop and support the arm in position
Re adjust for comfort as desired
