S Silicone Sheets
BAPSCARCARE S is a proven technology for treating scars (hypertrophic and keloid) and preventing abnormal scar development after surgery or injury. The medical silicone sheets are self-adhesive, thick, washable, transparent and can be used for long periods.
Designed to make scars flatter, more flexible, and thinner, while reducing discomfort such as redness, itching, and pulling sensations. They help with both old and new scars, and are suitable for all skin types and ages.

Instructions for Use
- Start using BAPSCARCARE S after the wound is closed and any scabs have disappeared.
- Gradually build up to wearing the silicone sheets for up to 23 hours a day.
- For best results, wear the sheets for at least 12 to 23 hours a day.
- Cut the sheets to size if necessary, ensuring they cover the scar and a 2cm area around it.
- Clean and dry the skin before applying the sheets.
- Apply the sheets carefully, removing the protective film in sections.
- The sheets can be secured with an adhesive or elastic bandage if needed.
- Clean the sheets daily with neutral soap and lukewarm water, and let them dry completely before reuse.
Care
- Clean the sheets daily to maintain adhesion.
- Use neutral soap and lukewarm water, then rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the sheets to dry on a clean surface with the sticky side facing up.
- The adhesive strength will return as the sheets dry.
- When used and cared for properly, each pack can last for 4 to 8 weeks
Duration of Use
- It takes 3-6 months for a scar to normalise.
- Use the sheets as long as the scar is raised, red, or causing discomfort.
- Consult your therapist or doctor about the duration of therapy.
- For long-term therapy, several packs may be needed.
- The expiry date is stated on the packaging.
- Can be stored for 5 years in its unopened packaging.
- Store at room temperature and not above 25ºC.
