MEASURING GUIDE

Each size has about 4-5 cm give without being stretched.

If you measure inbetween sizes for example 87 cm, always go for the next size up.  In this case, go for size 6 = 90 cm.  If you measure 85 cm exactly, your size is a 5.  You can expect the belt to measure around 89-90 cm naturally without being stretched, and then a little extra when stretched or pulled during fitting.

However, if your size around the waist/hips fluctuates a lot, or you just want that extra room in your belt, for example, if you measure 85 cm exactly, don't choose size 5, go up one to 90 cm / size 6.

Try not to choose more than one size up as explained above to avoid ill fitting of the truss.
